The Lord Mayor’s Show is a glorious mixture of pageantry and fun. Every year, thousands of spectators line the two mile route through the City of London to welcome the new Lord Mayor, enjoy the parade and cheer themselves hoarse.

The Guild and our supporters and friends have proudly marched in the Lord Mayor’s show for many years. It is a great opportunity to promote our work for Barts patients and staff and you can be sure that we always get an enthusiastic response from the crowd who have a great affection for the City’s only hospital.

All you will need is a pair of waterproof shoes and black or black and white clothing if possible. Ponchos will be provided in case of rain and there will be a packed lunch to enjoy at the halfway point.
